I got to see an ocean for the first time today!
I have wanted to all my life.
I always say, “the one thing I REALLY want to see before I die one day is an ocean.”
This was at Daytona Beach, Florida.

Hannah slipped and fell into the water.

Here Daddy was bringing her back to me. She was soaked!

Such beauty…. it took my breath away.

Someone was building sand castles!

then we finished off by going out to T.G.I. Fridays…
…this was for my birthday because Kenny wasn’t feeling well enough to go out to dinner last night.
THIS WILL BE A DAY I NEVER FORGET.

Yesterday, my sweet friend, Heather brought her children over for CRAFT TIME!
We’re still trading out hosting it every other week.
One has it at their house and provides the craft the other provides the snack.
It works so nicely!
You can find Heather at www.heartofamommytoo.blogspot.com
Above they are all painting their frames!

Hannah worked on hers for a bit then I took over and she painted the paper plate, lol

The girls played with the wooden doll house while we took the frames outside to spray to make the glossy.

The kids had also painted their first letter of their first name and we hot glued them on.
And we hot glued on tiaras for the girls and puppy for “tiny boy”.

My girls finished product!

Sweet Heather’s finished product!

SNACK TIME!
Mrs. Heather brought YUMMY doughnut holes of allllllll sorts and capri suns!
It was delicious!
We had a wonderful day. This was super fun!
And yes, I already have the fames hung up! (Heather helped me “eye” them to get them straight before she left)
Blessings, Cass

Melissa (www.xanga.com/melissadsc ) Hannah reminds me of your children here for some reason.
Do you see it? I’m not sure what it is.
Anyway… Hannah was “cooking!”

Sarah and Madi Grace were folding towels.

They always fold and put away the towels and cloths.

Cookin’ Time!

The big girls got all dressed up in warm clothes for us to go to the “holiday shop” at the club house here on the property.

The girls being silly!

Little Baby Sister wants in the picture too.

Our “loot” from the holiday shop.
The only thing not shown is the set of popcicle makers — why? They were in the freezer making orange juice popcicles.
Since there was nothing else for the girls there really, I brought them a surprise when I came back from wal mart.
It’s like a gummy sort of succer.

Yum!

Delicious!

ALL enjoyed!
…then after they went to bed,
wallah! Mom had an all out meltdown.
Tonight, I still feel melancoly. (spell?)
But the girls and I did have fun while we were getting ready and then at the holiday shop.

Miss Priss, here, was throwing herself a little mad fit.
She wanted to go in the girls’ room and they weren’t even in there.
So I shut the door and said, “No baby, Hannah has to come with Mommy.”
Well, she just had herself a little fit.
So, I said, “Want Mommy to take your picture?”
She jumped in her car and looked up at that camera with a big smile!
Now if she’s not a “ham” I don’t know who is! LOL
A smiling Mommy! Cass
